Dear Parents

As part of the Swachhata Pakhwada initiative, we are committed to fostering a clean and healthy environment for our children, both at school and at home. Cleanliness is not just a habit but a way of life that we must all embrace. Here are a few key points to keep in mind:

1. Lead by Example – Children learn best by observing. Show them the importance of cleanliness by maintaining a clean home and practicing good hygiene.

2. Hand Hygiene – Practice and encourage your children for regular handwashing with soap, especially before meals and after using the restroom. This simple practice can prevent many illnesses.

3. Waste Management – Practice to segregate waste into biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste. Proper disposal of waste helps keep our surroundings clean.

4. Personal Hygiene – Ensure that your children understand the importance of personal hygiene, including regular bathing, brushing teeth, and wearing clean clothes.

5. Community Involvement – Participate in community cleanliness and encourage your children to join. This helps instill a sense of responsibility towards the environment.

6. Water Conservation – Educate your children about the importance of conserving water and ways to avoid wastage.

7. Cleanliness around you – Regularly check for stagnant water (especially in drains, plant pots etc) and clean it frequently.

By working together, we can create a cleaner, healthier environment for our children and future generations. Let’s make cleanliness a priority and a habit that we all cherish.

Thank you for your support and cooperation. (Team Goenka)
