ADMISSION POLICY – CLASS XI

For class XI  the curriculum prescribed by CBSE is followed. At this level students are offered to choose from three different streams Science, Commerce and Humanities. The subject combination are many and point to integrated learning. Interactive sessions in the classroom forms the core of our teaching methodology.The faculty aims at drawing out the potential of the students for fruitful education.

Subject Options For Various Streams

The right choice of stream and the decision to opt for the subjects suiting a student’s aptitude at the senior secondary level enables him/her to have better prospects in future. Right choice of subjects can set the path for higher education of student’s choice and have a steady career after that. At this juncture, we seek your cooperation and understanding to help the students to choose the right subjects after careful thought and deliberation.

To meet one of the objective of NEP 2020 i.e. to give equal emphasis on all subjects and integration of skill and academic subjects in school, we are providing the subject choices which integrate the idea of liberal education and skills. It enables the students to get wider choices and broaden their horizons.

• All the subject options given above are keeping in mind the admission criteria in various universities and all subjects are domain subjects of CUET ( Common University Entrance Test UG is conducted for entry to UG admission process of top universities in India)
• Please note that a subject will only be allotted if school receives prescribed number of applications for the same.
• No Separate classes will not be held for the additional subject (6th Subject). Support material can be asked from teacher concerned.
